Remember the magic of a toy shop window? This holiday season, Fog Room is bringing it back. From November 15, 2026 through January 3, 2027, the rooftop lounge at The Charter Hotel Seattle becomes The Toy Room, a nostalgic holiday pop-up inspired by the vintage toy shops of childhood.
Here's everything you need to know before you go.
What to Expect
Step off the elevator on the 16th floor and into a toy shop built for grown-ups. Train sets circle the bar, teddy bears float overhead in hot air balloons and the shelves are filled with vintage toys and games. Giant toy blocks are stacked high, classic toy posters line the walls and a vintage rocking horse waits by the window.
It's the perfect spot for holiday drinks, date nights, catching up with friends or simply getting into the spirit of the season, with one of the best views in Seattle as your backdrop.
The Holiday Menu
The limited-edition holiday cocktail menu was made for this room, with each drink served in its own playful glass and garnish. Featuring collaborations with Tito's, Bacardi and Schilling Cider, the lineup includes:
- Baby It's Cold Outside
- Cousin Eddie
- Toymaker's Loft
- What's Crackin'
- Yule Be Sorrel
Pair your drinks with festive bites like Holiday Short Rib Poutine (crispy fries, braised short rib, white cheddar, demi-glace and crispy onions) or Cranberry Brie Baked Naan (melted brie, cranberry-orange compote, toasted walnuts and hot honey).
Look for Jolly Jimothy
Somewhere in The Toy Room, a raccoon named Jolly Jimothy is hiding. Spot him and ask your bartender about the secret menu.
